We are Bishop Paul and Minister Chris Rhinehart, founders of CPR Ministries. Our name reflects our mission: just as CPR revives the natural body, our calling is to revive the spirit, restore broken lives, and release God-given purpose through ministry, music, and media.

At CPR Ministries, we believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ is more than words. It is life, healing, and hope for all people.
